Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the United Kingdom and the United States only.

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is £4.99 on orders under £75, and free on orders of £75 or more. US customers see this converted into their checkout currency.

How long will my order take?

Every item is made to order. Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days from placing your order, including production and shipping. This is an estimate and may be longer during peak periods or carrier or customs delays. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition you received them. Personalised or custom-made items can't be returned for change of mind unless faulty or incorrect. See our Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Email info@stacia.co.uk with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions and the return address. Please don't send anything back before contacting us. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by the customer; if an item is faulty, damaged or wrong, we cover it.

Can I exchange for a different size?

The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

How do I know what size to order?

Check our Size Guide for measurements before ordering. Fits vary between garment styles, so check the product page too.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because items are made to order, contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once production has started. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
