OVERVIEW

Welcome to STACIA. "We", "us" and "our" refer to STACIA. We operate this website and online store (the "Services"), which is powered by Shopify. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, set out your rights and responsibilities when you use our Services or buy from us. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. USING OUR SERVICES

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us. You agree that any information you give us (such as your name, email, delivery and payment details) is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping any account login details secure.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

Every item is printed to order. We make every effort to show our products accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product descriptions and availability may change, and we may discontinue products at any time.

3. ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or there's a pricing error). If we do, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices and promotions may change, but you'll pay the price shown when you placed your order. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Orders to countries outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

5. DELIVERY

Estimated production and delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy. These are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events outside our control, but we'll always help if there's a problem with your order.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, text, logos and other content on our Services belong to STACIA or our licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of our content or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS

Our Services may link to or use third-party websites and tools. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

9. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us feedback or post a review, you allow us to use it to run and promote our business. Please don't submit anything unlawful, offensive or misleading, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

10. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload harmful code, or to interfere with the running or security of the website.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law.

12. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with STACIA. Shopify is not responsible for any part of your purchase.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, although if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
